This course will prepare students for the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English examination (CAE), and work on students' strengths and weaknesses to achieve this.
Modulbeschreibung
A course book-based course which prepares for the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English examination (CAE). Students will be placed in different groups according to their language level.

The coursebook will be announced in the first lesson of the course.

Prüfungsleistung
- Homework requirement to be announced at the start of the course
- 80 % attendance required (less attendance will result in a 'nicht erfüllt'
- Students who do not complete the LN requirements, and / or miss more than 2 lessons can be excluded from future English language courses.
Eintrittsbedingungen
The PH Zug English langauge teaching staff will decide which group best suits a student's needs, and can recommend when a student should take the CAE exam. Of course, students are free to decide when they wish to take the exam.
CAE Exam registration is the student's responsibility
Before the start of the course, you are strongly recommended to buy and start working through a good grammar book, for example:
